To improve our customer service and support system, we have introduced a ticketing system. Each support request is assigned a unique ticket number, which you can use to track the progress and responses from our technicians online and in real time. For your convenience, you can also access a history of all your previous tickets. To do so, you must provide us with a valid email address when opening a ticket.
